About League Tennis
With more than 300,000 players taking part each year, USTA League is the country’s largest adult competitive tennis league. Colorado ranks as one of the largest Districts nationally for league participation and the Denver-Metro area is annually the 1st or 2nd largest area in the country! League tennis is a great way to stay active, improve your tennis game, and have the chance to compete for a National Championship. If you love tennis, you’ll love USTA League and being part of a team.
Adult League play is available for anyone 18 & over. Teams compete in skill levels that are organized according to the National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP). Top teams from several local leagues earn the chance to compete in District and/or Sectional Championships (Note: Some leagues in Colorado are non-advancing leagues), while the winners of sectionals advance to USTA League National Championships.
Colorado has a large menu of league offerings, which include gender-specific leagues, mixed doubles leagues, leagues for various age divisions, and flex leagues.
