Like other youth sports, parents are encouraged to manage the team on and off court. The primary objective is for all players to have fun and enjoy the experience – keeping kids in the sport! You don’t have to be a tennis expert or certified teaching professional, but willing to learn and motivate your team.
The Coaches Questions document is a great tool to spark some beneficial exchanges on the bench or on change overs to guide and direct the players.
