Adult & Junior League Facility Coordinator Meeting RSVP Data

How many people do we need to field a 40+ team? There was an email that came out about the Championships that was confusing.

Can we have one staff member assigned to each coordinator vs. multiple staff assigned to each league so that when we have questions, we don’t have to first research who is responsible for that particular league and then email that person? I’m thinking of ways to reduce time on our end.

I absolutely loved having Mary B, this last summer, as my primary contact as we developed a rapport along the way. I did miss Jarret tho.

I actually don’t have issues on my mind because I think, in my limited experience, that you all do an excellent job of communicating and being available with speedy replies to my questions.

I also appreciate the well written (and clear) rules/changes to league rules you provide every year.

Please discuss rules and processes for securing public courts with permits. And how many teams per facility based on how many courts facilities have. Thank you!

Why only 3 lines for women 2.5? Suggested minimum and maximum players for a team.

We used to have 15 tennis courts – now we have 7.
The club feels very strongly about no stagger start.
Can we get guarantee that we won’t have two 5-line home matches simultaneously?

Sorry for the late response, was in a car wreck (not my fault) and been out of work for the last five weeks. Still not back but checking emails.
I would like to discuss painting pickleball lines on one tennis court out of six and still using that court for league play. Maybe there could be a compromise of ratio tennis courts to painted courts.
